Desktop Support & Help Desk
Interlink has two full time help desk technicians to answer your IT questions during regular business hours.
We employ a remote desktop viewing tool that allows you to let the Help Desk tech see what you are seeing on your screen and either walk you through a solution or fix it for you. 
We also have bench techs that perform standard PC tasks for computers dropped off at Interlink for service. Virus removal, hardware upgrades and software installation are great examples of using our bench techs for everyday computing needs, as well as saving money over having an on-site tech at your location.
